Tom Edholm had a mentor early on in his career with 3M that convinced him to work at multiple companies, in different industries and geographies in all areas of the supply chain.  Only then can you realize how everything fits together.  Now, there is one more project he wants to tackle and that's adding value to other companies by starting his own.

Tom is not interested in getting caught up in organizational politics.  He's hired to get a job done and get quantifiable results.  He appreciates accountability and isn't going to waste any time.

Tom has spent 25+ years in manufacturing supply chain and operations, mostly in regulated industries.   He was a successful Plant Manager at CR Bard where he also served as the Director of Supply Chain and led several acquisition integrations.  

He's always been a hands on manager and wants to understand what's under the hood and not lead from a distance.  He is ERP and industry agnostic and has been APICS certified (CPIM).  He knows what he disliked with consultants while in the industry and prides himself on being different.  It's all about follow up and adjustments as needed.
